I watched this movie last night. I'd actually seen it before, but I had forgotten. Two things stand out to me. 1) How scary it is when one person thinks they could possible hold all the answers for an entire society. 2) How "central planners" often do have something to offer, or recognize a problem that needs to be addressed, but they go about it the wrong way. Anyway, those are my two cents. I'm interested to see what my classmates thought.
I think it is interesting that he first assumes that because all of our information is based on science we will have no opinion or conflict and second how do machines maintain machines?
